        RULES
  • Maximum of two papers per college. One/two authors per paper
  • Participants should furnish their name,college name and their e-mail IDs along with the abstract to be sent.
  • Four copies of complete presentation along with the copy of abstract,not more than 12 pages neatly typed in A4 sheets should reach us before 18.00 hrs IST,21st January 2004.
  • Papers selected for finals will be informed via E-mail after 18.00hrs IST,24th January 2004.

       INSTRUCTION TO THE FINALISTS

  • A maximum of 10 minutes will be given for presentation followed by 5 minutes for queries.
  • Warning bell will be given at the end of the 8th minute.
  • LCD projector will be provided for presentation.
  • Only powerpoint presentations are allowed.
  • Decision of the judges will be final.
